Project Elements:
- Full automated main entrance gate for the property
- Manual gate for rear entrance of property
- Fire compliant front gate with KNOX box for fire and EMS access
- Custom gates with West Polo Club logo, fabricated in the Integrity Fencing machine shop
- Keypad with RFID license plate recognition for residents, and program codes for deliveries like Amazon
- Keypad allows visitors to call residents from the gate
- Secure pedestrian gate
- Coordination with HOA president of the subdivision
Another feature of this project was deconstructing an old median that was directly inside the main entrance gate. The outdated design was meant to separate lanes of cars going in and out, but did not allow for proper access and turnaround for emergency vehicles. We obtained a city permit, worked with the fire department, and then cut out the old median and poured new concrete where it had been.
We were happy to have our Area Manager Rodney on site for this project. Rodney got certified in gate automation design school through the American Fence Association. This was a great project and we are grateful to have worked with the West Polo Club subdivision!
