How long have you been with Integrity Fencing and what drew you to the company?
I have worked for Integrity Fencing for two years. I started out as the Warranty Supervisor. I knew the owner, Shawn Beard, prior to working here and when he contacted me to ask if I wanted to be part of the team, I jumped on it. It was a great opportunity.
You were recently promoted to Superintendent. What does your new role look like?
I was always looking at different things I could potentially do within the company so when I was named Superintendent I was very happy. I like this role a lot. It involves oversight of company operations, organizing different areas and tasks, taking care of the customers, quality control, finding solutions to challenges, and just supporting the company in general. It’s great because we are all a really good team.
You were nominated for employee of the year for 2024, how does it feel to be recognized for your work?
It feels really great. You never know what’s coming in life, and it was great. I really respect this company.
Do you have a certain philosophy or goal tied to your work life?
I enjoy learning with Integrity Fencing. More learning leads to more opportunities. My goal is to keep growing right along with the company. As long as the company is growing, I’m growing too.
What advice would you give a homeowner or business owner when seeking a fencing/decking contractor?
Find a company that does quality of work, uses quality materials, and provides good communication with customer. Like Integrity Fencing!
What do you like about working at Integrity Fencing?
The team that’s in place. We have a really great working relationship. Shawn is a good person, and a good person to work for. The opportunities here are plenty. And it’s nice to be recognized for my work; I’m glad they are happy with my work.

This company is growing a lot and doing really good work. Our customer service is great. And if you are looking for a place of employment, it’s a great place to work and grow too.
