He made sure I understood my options for materials, stains, warranties, and even helped guide me in submitting for HOA approval. We finally decided to replace our 30-year old fence. We contacted Integrity Fencing and they made the process very easy. Highly professional and courteous staff. Our initial contact, Sam White, made the scheduling process a breeze, and Luke Conrad who came to discuss the project was very knowledgeable and gave us helpful advice and options for the new fence. We had the estimate within a day and Luke was able to answer our remaining questions promptly. We have been very happy with the process and professionalism.

I was very impressed with how quickly Carlos called me back after I submitted an inquiry through Integrity's website. Gabe was extremely helpful from the start, taking the time to explain our options for repairing or replacing our gates. After receiving a very reasonable estimate, we decided to replace our entire back fence along with both gates. Luis and Darl arrived on time on the first day and even called ahead to let us know they were on their way. I can't say enough great things about them—they worked incredibly hard, even in the hot weather, and their professionalism and dedication really stood out. Al also joined the team and kept us updated throughout the project. Despite a weather delay, everything was completed faster than we expected. The cedar wood they used is top quality, and the finished fence and gates look fantastic. We are extremely happy with the entire experience and highly recommend Integrity. Their workmanship and communication exceeded our expectations.
