Meet Briana, the newly anointed Commercial Sales Supervisor at Integrity Fencing! Let’s chat with Briana and learn what she does for the company, the community, and for customers.
How long have you been with Integrity Fencing and what drew you to the company?
I have been working with Integrity Fencing since May of 2019. I was drawn in because I was interested in working for a local family-owned business, as well as finding a job with growth opportunities.
What did you start out doing at Integrity Fencing?
When I began working here I started out as front desk/ secretary. I was answering phone calls, running errands, and selling retail materials.
You were recently promoted to Commercial Sales Supervisor, what does that entail?
With my new position as Commercial Sales Supervisor I now have the opportunity to visit project sites, collaborate with many of our partners in the community, as well as scout new opportunities for the company in this construction boom.
What’s a day in the life like at Integrity Fencing in your new role?
With this new role my day starts with checking emails of course, then I get to meet with Rodney our area manager to discuss any new leads coming in. I will type up the new proposals going out for the day and reach out to the customers to discuss the details. I also check in on the current projects to make sure that we have everything needed for a smooth install. Often, I help schedule out our sales department to get in touch with our local chamber members to meet bi-weekly.
Do you have a certain philosophy or goal tied to your work life?
I believe if you work hard and do your best to get the job done regardless of the obstacles and odds stacked against you, you will be able to reach your goals.
What advice would you give a homeowner or business owner when seeking a fencing/decking contractor?
I would suggest reading their reviews! What better way to get the feedback of how previous projects and customers have been treated than by reading their experiences.
Make sure the contractor answers any and all questions down to the small details, those usually make the biggest difference.
What do you like about working at Integrity Fencing?
My favorite part about working with Integrity Fencing is making it happen for the customer, being able to help them turn a house into a home they can enjoy with those they care for.
