In mid-July, Integrity Fencing staff volunteered to help build a fence for Open Door Ministries at their downtown Denver location. This effort was part of “Love Our City” month at Red Rocks Church, a yearly initiative focused on making a significant impact in local communities. Open Door Ministries offers housing, youth programs, leadership development, and outreach in the Denver area. From January to July this year, the ministry has served 1,920 people in the area. When the organization needed a new fence at their Denver location, Red Rocks Church knew just who to call upon.
Twenty-five Red Rocks Church volunteers helped out along with three Integrity Fencing staff members: Field Supervisor Robert Allen, Installer Irvin David Sanchez, and Owner Shawn Beard.
Special thanks to Ashlyn, the outreach director for all events at Red Rocks Church, who coordinated the volunteers and the purchase of all materials, and provided lunch.
Giving back to the community is part of Integrity Fencing’s core values. See more of the staff in action as volunteers.
