Shawn Beard’s 2024 mantra for his team at Integrity Fencing is “it’s all about relationships”. To everyone at Integrity Fencing, this means doing their best to encourage relationships not only at work, but at home and in the community. Relationships are key to satisfied customers, as well as the teamwork between employees.
It’s with this mantra in mind that Integrity Fencing is sponsoring the 4th Annual Golf Tournament and Fundraiser for St. Mary’s Catholic Virtue School in Littleton on May 17, 2024. At their gold level sponsorship, the company is sponsoring three different foursomes for golf and to support the school. The golfers are clients of Integrity Fencing—home builders, land developers, landscapers, and referral partners. They are just the kinds of relationships that Shawn wants to foster.
“I aim to be intentional with relationships in my work and within my community,” Shawn says. “I’ll be at the golf tournament along with several staff members to see the golfers off and cheer them on.”
